Specify a Development Resource Capacity

1. In the Setup Schedule > Development tab, click the Resource capacities tab.
2. In the Resource capacities data grid, click the Capacity column.
3. Type the value that represents the maximum daily rate for the resource.

The value is the maximum total daily rate that the resource can achieve in all headings.

4. Click the Unit column and select the unit in which the daily rate is measured.
5. Click the Materials column and select the material classes which count toward the daily rate.
6. Click the Date/event column and chose the date or event at which the daily rate becomes effective for the resource.

Resources can have different maximum daily rates at different times in the schedule.

7. Click the Delay column and type a value for the number of days that must elapse, after the date or event selected, before the maximum daily rate becomes effective for the resource.
